There is no registration fee, but attendees must register for the event.
 
Technical Assistance/Regulatory Guidance Meetings

Attention DSH Hospitals:  Are you interested in a one-on-one meeting with PHPC staff to discuss technical assistance and regulatory guidance?  PHPC Counsel Edith Marshall will be available for 30 minute one-on-one consultations on Sunday, December 3, 2006 from 4:00 - 5:30 pm and she and PHPC General Counsel Bill von Oehsen will be available on Monday, December 4, 2006 from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm.  Please note that consultations are open to all DSH hospitals, not just PHPC members.  Meeting location to be announced.

To register for a technical assistance meeting, please fill out the form below and indicate your first, second, and third choice for a meeting time.  Time slots will be filled on a first come, first served basis. You will be notified of your time slot and the location of the meeting once we have scheduled your meeting, so please be sure to enter accurate contact information below.
