Please Note:  As the form below indicates, there are three levels of sponsorship, the first two levels include the opportunity to exhibit if you would like to do so.  The first sponsor/exhibit level offers the opportunity to sponsor the lunch or evening reception and to exhibit; the second sponsor/exhibit level enables you to sponsor a breakfast and exhibit.  The third level, which does not allow for exhibiting, is an opportunity to sponsor a 30-minute networking reception break. Please click on the form below for more detailed descriptions of the various benefits of each level.  You can also learn more about the opportunity to advertise on the conference Web site which will significantly increase your company or organization's visibility.
