As February approaches, the federal health care and 340B reform battles are drawing closer to an end. The 340B Coalition’s 2010 Winter Conference in San Francisco will present a perfect opportunity to examine where safety net providers go next, at the federal level and in the states, to expand access to low-cost pharmaceuticals and ensure compliance during a time of increased enforcement.  It is also the ideal forum for other 340B stakeholders-including pharmaceutical manufacturers, wholesalers, retail pharmacies, and state and local government agencies to assess the impact of this landmark effort to overhaul our health care system.
